A little bit of paradise! From the moment we arrived at Aziza Paradise Hotel, we felt like royalty. This hotel manages to capture the best of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The staff greeted us warmly and seemed to anticipate our every need. Our room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping team worked magic; our room was spotless and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The pool area is a slice of paradise! Surrounded by lush greenery with comfortable loungers and fish waterfall, it’s the perfect place to unwind. We’re thoroughly impressed by the quality of treatments and the tranquil atmosphere. Dining here was a culinary journey. The breakfast buffet had endless options, from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order omelets. Each dish was a beautiful blend of local flavors and gourmet presentation. —it’s a memorable experience! The staff at Aziza went above and beyond. It’s these thoughtful touches that truly set this place apart. The staff here were amazing. I booked this hotel with a friend for her 40th and made a note in the booking. On the day they put a beautiful display on the bed of rolled towels and flowers to look like a cake along with a lovely note. A friend from back home wanted to organise sparkling for us, and the staff managed to get me alone to check out the bottle and approve it and figure out when to serve it. I didn't know a slice of cake was also coming so when they came out with that whilst we enjoyed the sparkling, all the serving staff sang happy birthday and played guitar for her. It was done so beautifully and made for a memorable experience. The airport service was also amazing and on demand and the pool divine. We had massages most days which were also great and in a nice environment. Overall a wonderful experience here.

The pool is gorgeous, the kids really enjoyed it. The room was very special, a family room with two separate rooms, a dream. Beautiful garden view from our room. Towels, beautifully decorated with flowers, a fruit basket, which we haven’t seen here yet. Only the floor seemed a bit dusty or sandy. Apart from this, the room was absolutely perfect and more that we wished for. The breakfast was rather simple, everything with meat or fish. I am on a plant based diet so I ate blank rice and salad. It would be great if they could provide a milk alternative and fresh fruit. It is not in walking distance of the center so you have to take a transportation to go there. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is fabulous. The stuff very welcoming and friendly .

The pool was very warm. A bit dated but still nice. And clean. The resort was very nice overall. Rooms were also a bit dated but still good. They sort of let you do whatever. We just purchased a $8 bottle of vodka and made our own drinks at the pool. Just like the other reviews stated everything at Aziza is good. Breakfast was a really good selection. But what takes it to the next level is the staff. They are so kind and helpful and fast with any request. It seems like they are in the middle of some renovations and what has been completed so far looked great. The price is also very reasonable. They even heard it was our anniversary and left us a huge dessert in our rooms and flowers. Food was good and drinks were cheap! Great nearby restaurants also.

Nothing was too much trouble, even when I wanted to book a last minute boat trip to Honda Bay on the same morning, they made it happen! I almost left my medicine but the lady remembered and brought it out for me. The location of the property is also very central and easy to get to local restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and well kept. Special mention to Jasmine, Angel, Jewel and Ken who always had a smile and made sure I had the best stay possible in Puerto Princesa - thank you!
